The Garden of Eve

THE GARDEN OF EVE

THE GARDEN OF EVE (English version)

This series was born from a desire to disappear—or rather, to transform and expand.
My drawings depict women’s bodies that are no longer confined to their form: they become plants, water, wind, roots… They open up to the world, like the garden Eve might have created if the story had been told differently.

I offer here an alternative way of living. A way of being that doesn’t seek to impose or defend itself, but that surrenders, adapts, merges, and transforms in silence.
These are gestures often labeled as “feminine” or “non-productive” within a patriarchal logic based on control and domination.

To draw bodies becoming nature is to enter a space of meaning that resists fixed identity and the logic of control.
Plants are the perfect example of a life that is not separate, not hierarchical: they breathe with the world, they shape it, and they give themselves to it without distance.
